Sweat samples are collected via the Macroduct collection system. Please contact the lab for more details (01733678455). A minimum of 50mm length of sweat in the macroduct is required for analysis. Once collected, the capillary should be clamped and transported to the laboratory by hand (i.e. not via the pneumatic tube system). Please record the duration of the sweat collection period on the request form. Upon receipt, specimens are stored refrigerated and referred with the Macroduct tubing sealed in a universal container.
