Test indications |
These antibodies are particularly associated with PERM (Progressive encephalomyelitis with rigidity and myoclonus) and stiff person syndrome. Glycine receptor antibodies were associated with neoplasms in about 10% of a series of 52 patients (mainly thymoma and lymphoma). Carvajal-Gonzalez et al.
